Fan control device

Does anyone make a simple "plug & play" that alters the temperatures at which the low speed & high speed fan kicks in?
I have H/C/I and a big Griffin radiator that runs beautifully w/out a chip, but I'd like the fan to come in earlier---particularly in traffic w/the AC blasting---and that needle creeping up towards HOT!
Like to avoid the cost of a chip to do this.

Delta Control makes a plug and play device (TC15) that lowers the temps that the fan comes on by about 15*F. I have not used this device however (I use his full stand-alone controller).

One note: Your fan should be on high speed with Max AC turned on. if you are still getting too hot ensure that high is coming on (sometimes a driver fault allows low speed to stay on instead).
