I have a Howe racing radiator. It seems to do a nice job cooling the water; but, at idle and stop and go, it gets too hot. Highway=175 degrees. City=220. If I run the a/c in town/stop and go.....foget about it.

It seems that a shroud is needed. Here's the problem: The fan is not in the center of the radiator. I suspect there will be a problem making the shroud fit due to the fact that the fan is off-center by an inch or so. Anyone added a shroud that wants to offer some tips? This looks like one of those things that will be a PITA.

If you have a custom setup and the stock shrowd wont fit, any sheetmetal shop can make you a galvy box, and you can cut the whole for the fan where you want it. Try the guys that do heating duct work. just give them the length and width of the core,(between tanks), and the depth,(center of blade to core) and you should be good to go.
