Are you high?!?!?

I went 9.17 on that same tire with a crappy 1.51 60', 8's should be forthcoming in a few months when the tracks open and would likely have happened last season if the turbos had heald up for a few more passes.

People down south in PSCA competition have run 7's on that tire for cryin' out loud!

Greg's (2bfeard) car is for real.

When your packin' a motor like this under the hood, you can do that. :D

Good heavens calm the hell down man, I was not making him out to be a liar or anything I was just saying that I have never seen a car run on drag radials and almost run 8's. I work at Woodburn Dragstrip, and been drag racing since I was a little kid and have never seen anyone run times like this on small drag radials.

I do appreciate the education though as I had no clue that they were able to run 7's on small drag radials like that.

 YES!!!!

That is so awesome and thank you so much for the cool vid. I work in the burn out box and have launched so many cars that I can't even count them any more, but have never seen any serious car that's running on smaller drag radials do anything but spin all the way down.

Now these cars are not daily driven are they?

no, it's not daily driven but it's very streetable honestly. I haven't taken the time to get tags for it since at this point i'm happy just to use it at the track and I'm inside DEQ.

Do you mind giving me an idea of what you have done to your motor?

Is there a link or a thread that shows the list as well?

it's top secret ;)

no, seriously it's an R302 block, crower billit crank and rods, JE pistons, Victor Jr's (unported) heads and intake with a solid roller cam and twin turbos.

289cid, 3450lbs race weight, figure 925-950hp at the flywheel give or take.

****, we're just gettin' started :D

It'll probably switch to 10.5's later this year once we get it to really make some power. I plan on running the car in PSCA Wild Street at some point (the class I was referring to earlier) and the 275/60 is the spec tire for that class.

Updated.

Thanks for the confirmation. Any 60' data?

I screwed up the list copying an item, what year is Chung's vehicle?

John (Stock50LX) you're on the bubble.

Great work to everyone in the top 10.

I haven't looked at the list for a long time but I remember a few cars on the list that have been sold since running the time specified (Rick's SVT) -or am I confusing cars and owners..?
