Or know of a good pic on the 'net?

Just bought a used one of these, and it appears the previous owner ground down the ends of the stand-offs. Should there be a small hook or curve to catch on the wheel lip, or should it just be flat on the end?

The ones I have are ground down unevenly with a slightly rounded end. They aren't even all the same length - the o seems like a problem.

Also, is this tool supposed to catch on the outer edge of the lip and pull inward, or does it catch on the inner edge of a lip a push outward to stay on the wheel?

Thanks for the reply. From that side-view pic I can see that the stand-offs are just flat on the end. Not sure why the PO would have filled the tip down unevenly.

Good site, BTW. I actually came across it when reading up on caster/camber gauges.
