does every mustang come with the little emissions electric pump in the passanger fenderwell?
the reason i'm asking is i recently sold my mac cai and replaced it with a demolet intake. the guy who bought the mac was asking about a bracket to relocate the pump towards the front of the car so that the filter will fit. the mac instructions say the same thing.
my demolet instructions mention that only some high emission states have the pump, like california. i looked under my car and into the fenderwell and i couldnt see the pump there.
