i was wondering how well this combo would work for a street car. 306ci shortblock(stock compression, etc..) thumper heads, explorer upper and lower, b or e cam, 150hp wet shot, and hpipe w/ flowmasters. this would be going on a basicaly stock 87 speed density 5speed. how much whp would i see, i know its hard to say but estimated. also, does anybody know the compression ratio with stock piston and thumper heads? how big of a differance would a maf conversion make with this combo?

oh, ok, i did the math this time, man thats a pretty cheap combo, to be making that much power. and without the spray it would still make atleast 350whp. just so you know i wasnt disagreeing with you, i was just surprised. thank for the input.

My guess would be about 350 rwhp maybe allitle more but 350 sounds about right I could see 425 at the flywheel. Just my 2 cents though

That setup N/A will go for about 250-280rwhp, maby more with supporting mods. A 150 shot will usaully add between 140-160hp but at least 200RWTQ. Add that up and it's quite a sum, 390-440RWHP and 450-500RWTQ on bottle. Yes, quite possible.
