For those of you who have replaced your intake manifold with a four barrel carbureted model what did you do with the return line on the fuel injected gas line? I know I can just regulate the pressure down on the input line. Can I just plug the return line?

get a return style regulator and hook it up and use the return. That's what I did and it works great. It also helps keep the fuel cooler and prevent vapor lock

That sounds fine, but where do I find one of those?

Here's what I used. You'll also want a gauge for it.

OK, next question: how do I plumb that to the stock fuel lines that use the little spring clip method of joining the lines?

I cut the hard lines off by the frame rail and made new hard lines to the regulator. You could also use braided hose and AN fittings.

I'll try to get a pic tomorrow so you can see what I did

Follow the hard lines that connect to the injector rail down to the sway bar. The ones in the bottom of this picture:

Disconnect them from the body lines and then use these to get 6AN connections so you can then build braided lines to the regulator.

Heres how I did it. Steel hard line connected to the existing feed and return with compression fittings under the frame rail.

Thank you all for the good advice about the fuel regulator and associated fuel lines. I ordered a regulator online with a return and it came with stainless steel braided hose and AN fittings so I should be good to go, again thank you so much. You guys are great. Rob.
