No no no... sorryif I gave that impression. Keep the mesh screen. It supposed to help keep oil out of the PCV valve and line.

I'd asked if it was there because NOT having it can contribute to more oil getting through the PCV.

Often when they get gummed up, folks remove them but don't replace them (I'm guilty of that), so I was just wondering if it was still there.

Ok... this may sound like I'm grasping at straws (largely because I am) but your description of the vacuum coming from the oil filler neck makes be think that maybe the TPS is bad. The butterfly valve is not opening enough to properly sustain idle and it's sucking air from where it can.

This still doesn't explain the oil in the TB (unless oil is being sucked through the PCV hose) but....

when you jog the throttle... does it sound at all like air is being forcibly sucked past the throttle body blade?

yes, you can hear air being sucking in the throttle body when u blurp the throttle. I am going to try to take a short video to give a better understanding of this strange problem.

OK, I just took the upper back off. I did find that the vaccum tree on the bottom of the intake was a little bit loose. I took it all the way out to clean it up and put sealant on it, when I took it out, the part that is inside the intake was completely saturated with oil. I found this pic on ebay to help explain
The white circle is what I found loose and covered with oil

The red goes to the map sensor on mine

The yellow goes to the PCV on mine

The Blue goes to the S on the tree on the firewall

I'm not seeing anything that jumps out as wrong. I don't think it's your vaccum routing. Does the car hesitate or stumble when you hit the gas but also climb fairly normally if you increase the gas slowly?

If reving it while sitting still........it hesitates for a split second before the RPMs start to raise. Like you said, it doesnt' do it if you increase the throttle slowly and I don't notice it while driving.
Also, I did find out that the plunger on the EGR has a tear in it, but even with the EGR vac line plugged it still has the same problem. I pulled the EGR valve of the EGR throttle body spacer and found that valve, spacer, and anything directly connected to the EGR is very saturated with oil. This problem is just retarded.....my buddy asked me today, "why are you even bothering with that motor, just put the windsor in it", but at this point its like a good mystery movie that you just have to watch till the end.
