Final list for PI manifold & cam swap?

First let me start by saying i spent about an hour searching through the old posts to find information about doing this swap on my car. I was planning on holding out to do the heads as well, but my stock NPI intake manifold had other thoughts and crapped out on me. I don't have the money right now to get the heads, but I can get the cams and manifold. After looking through the old posts, here is what I gather I will need to do the swap:

PI Manifold:
Manifold
PI gaskets
Adaptor - not sure where to get this, so any help would be appreciated
OEM PI coolant hose
RTV sealant

PI Cams
PI cam gear
PI cam bolts

It looks like the best place to get these items is Ebay, and maybe a trustworthy Ford dealership in the area. Thanks in advance for the help.

you do not need new cam gears, and all you have to do is use a little rtv on the coolant ports, you do not need the adapters.
