still have some bondo to use and some more masking, but other than that she is ready to paint.....

Sheesh, that looks like it was a 12 bottle thrash.

I bet it's hot down in your area - we hit 99* today and it makes it hard to feel like doing much out there.

most of the stuff on the floor is going in the trash. the majority that you see are the internals from the old bottom end. i just couldnt get rid of it without tearing it down to see how bad the rings and bearings were.

its been in the high 80's here lately. not too bad.

NC85.....i had to cut corners to save cash somewhere, and i didnt do it with the car parts.

Other then that wheel nothing on the floor is going back into the car. It's all trash. It will be gone and cleaned before we start wrenching. We need the room anyway.

same dark green the car is now. i couldnt believe how nice it must have looked when new. the paint they mixed has a lot of pearl in it.

i wish.....my motivation only came when someone else showed up and got me off my lazy ass to go work on it. the motor has been sitting in my garage since 3/10.

Will be very nice when you are done. I did this myself not too long ago and I loved the results! Mine looked just like flashbang's engine bay.

i dont have the patience to strip mine down like that. that must have taken forever.
