Finally got dynoed with my steeda/vortech kit!!!

After having installed my supercharger a year ago, I finally made it to a dyno last friday!!!

I was very pleased to say the least:

393 hp 373 tq with the a/f still under 12 at redline.

Mod's are in my sig.

Vortech V-2 SQ, 30lb frpp injectors, 80mm steeda maf, steeda tune, steeda power pipe, steeda dual fuel pumps. Other than that it's stock, the bottom end and heads have not been touched. Stock Exhaust too, except welded in flowmasters.

Nice man! How many lbs of boost you running?

I see you are from JC! I went to ETSU for a bit. Hey, there is a pretty big group of cars from Knoxville going to a 1/4 mile strip in AL on Jan 10th, you should go!!!

looks good! i would also get a bigger throrttle body and plenum! then do the whole intake! very good numbers though!

Wow, very impressive. This would be a good one to add to the blower combo list if you haven't already.

Very nice on the hp and a/f...i'm actually surprised you haven't dynoed to check the a/f sooner but it looks fine so that's good.

Just out of curiousity...

393 STD = ??? SAE

Thanks for all the comments guys!

I am seeing 9 lbs of boost with the power pipe. My next upgrades are definetaly an x-pipe and a throttle body/plenum. I am trying not to get to crazy with it right now, because it's my daily driver. I hope to have it paid off in another year, then I can buy me a new truck. After I have something else to drive it's on to forged internals and lots more power with the mustang.

Carl, could you check the SAE Numbers on that.. my mods are similiar to yours, and I put down 357 HP and 360 TQ with everything stock other than the blower. Power pipe should be on this spring.

the sae correction factor was 1.03, it was terribly humid and pouring the rain. So, the uncorrected numbers doing the math (393/1.03)=382. But it's only fair to use the sae corrected numbers in my opinion, because of those variances in elevation and humidity, temp, etc. That way everyones numbers can be compared using equal variables.
