Finally got my 17x8s on the '68!!!

How do they look?

Check it out, I finally got the 17x8's from a 96 GT to fit on my wife's 68 coupe. I ended up using 1" wheel adapters in front.

where did you get the spacers from and how much ? Did you put a spacer on the front only ?
wheels lok ok to me, besides they look much better than stock one's.

IMO those rims never looked that great on a '96 and unfortunately even the beautiful lines of a '68 can't make them look "great". If the price was right, the swap is better than 14s that's for sure LOL
 
I think they look pretty good, but you NEED those center caps dude.

FWIW, I know alot of people are going this way (for a reason), but I've seen used 17x8 Bullitt wheels with almost new tires go for $400 a set online. Can't beat that, and their look on classics is awesome.
