Looks like a Macco paint job.....Maybe cutting and buffing it will help.

damn!!!! why did you have to show them my macco paintjob!!!! yeah they messed up, damn rainbow. As far as my car pics, yeah it has some serious weight reduction, i think it weighs in at like 1/8 of a pound, great power to weight ratio, also, yes that is a mouse, i hit that on the freeway last night, havent got around to wash my beast yet.
