In your sister. If none, your mom
After more than a month having the car sitting in my parent's driveway, I finally pulled the engine and tranny yesterday out of the Lincoln. Just didnt have the time to do it. I moved out, so I was busy for a good 2 weeks fixing stuff and building stuff in the appartement, then there was a Super HOT and humid week that I didnt want to work standing still in the engine bay in the driveway, then I cut my right hand and needed stitches (another lost week). But I'm glad I did it now. So I'll be sanding and painting the "new" engine so it looks ok once installed in the stang. I'm keeping the original mustang oil pan cause the other one is in real bad shape.

So stuff I need to do:

* Clean and paint the engine, heads, intake, etc.
* Swap oil pans and buy a new gasket
* Remove balancer and installed the new one I had on the stang
* Swap timing covers and water pumps and buy a new timing cover gasket set
* Most likely swap distributors
* Swap valve covers
* Swap injectors and fuel rails
* Buy a lower to upper stock intake gasket
* New sparkplugs and oils, coolant..

I aint removing the heads or lower intake. I'm doing the strict minimum. NOW I NEED STOCK MOTOR MOUNTS !!

I accept donations. :D I'll pay shipping.

I have some stock ones somewhere, have to dig out in the shed.

should have 2 sets actually.

K I am in need of your rad brakcets if you still have them. I will be in Sussex tomorrow for a stag party maybe meet up. One of mine didn't take good Powder cause of the rust so I need a smooth one.

A couple of pics as how it sits right now without any work done yet. Looks like chit but was running well. I'm doing some work on it today.

Nice to see a working engine on your stand! ughhh what a messy job eh? Hey if it makes you feel better, I need to swap my engine out lol... I got a bad wristpin on one of my cylinders and I'm going to use a 5.0L (111,000kms) from a Mark VII next weekend. I won't even paint the sucker, just drop that dirty biotch into the engine bay haha!

Please do. :)

I started to paint the stuff. I'm kinda getting my inspiration from Boss351's engine. It sure wont be as pretty but it will look way better than it was. I'll get pics later.

Was going to paint but power coat was free so I had to go for it. Mine is on the stand half assembled. Will post pics of mine once I complete it.

Here's an a couple of updated pics. Pretty similar to Boss351 but in way uglier. I didnt put any clear yet. Obviously the oil pan and the valve covers on the pics arent the one I'm using. I dont know what to paint them.

Oil pan ----> Black or blue
Valve covers ----> Black or blue
Upper intake ----> Black or blue
Headers ----> Black

Give me your opinions on what color you would choose. Thanks.
