looks good. I did something similar the past summer. I spent a little more money and went with carpet from one of the companys that sells auto carpet. I did my sides and tail panel cover in vinyl though. It was like $3/yd from Joann fabrics. I still hve to cover my wheel wells and figure out how I want to cover the back wall (where the pass thru door is).

i've begun doing my trunk restoration. 
purchased some 'marine carpet' from lowes for about 25-30 dollars. 7'x6' roll. not bad i suppose, it looks like nice carpet.
i'm going to do it a alittle bit differently (cutting wise) from all of u with the plywood, so we'll see how mine turns out.
i'll post some pics when i get the time. classes start tomorrow
