Hello everyone, my name's Matt and I just got a 1985 Mustang GT with the T5 manual trans. My father and I are planning to drop the motor from the mustang into a 1980 Ford Courier (if any of you guys even heard of those) and trying to make a badass little truck.. Which is why the 85 I got is perfect, it's got a strong motor with a carb and a manual trans.. But it ain't a looker, the previous owners tried to put primer on and that didn't work out and the interior is a rat's nest. Hopefully after a little work and a motor swap into the Mustang (still deciding the motor) it could be a neat car.

Lots of helpful folks here, get a thread started in the fox talk section about the Courier. We would love to see the progress! The 85 will fit in around here just fine lots of experience doing complete rebuilds here.
