the first thing i do is do an advanced search on my name, so i can check my topics and posts i've made.

You can just get into your user CP and view all the threads

I bookmark directly into 5.0 Talk. I also go into the 94-95 section, 5.0 tech, the mental institute or whatever it's called today, and the local section on a non-frequent basis.

dont forget that you have to suscribe to the threads before they go into the user cp. you can make it so every thread you post in automatically gets a subscription.
