First time installing an intake.

I'm gunna attempt to install an Edelbrock performer rpm intake this weekend... It'll be the first time I've ever done this and I'm just wondering if you guys have any advice, what I need, and any pictures or special directions/tricks are more than welcome.

drain coolant system first.... will need oil change when all is said and done.

don't use the end seals, use a thick bead of silicone (my preference is "Right stuff")

uhh oh ya lay the lower intake on with gaskets and check the port alignment, if it's off you may need to mill the manifold or get thicker gaskets.
