Hi everyone, I just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Patrick, and I have been reading the forums here since the new mustang came out. I am now qualified to post, since i just got an order confirmed for an '06 gt with the 64W 18" wheel package (hope it doesn't take too long).This is my first purchased muscle car...i also have an '87 buick grand national w/ 70,000 orig mi. that my father gave to me. I look forward to becoming more involved w/in the forum!!!

GN runs a 13.5

Well, I am 25 and "mature" now...haha...but, when i was in college, i put an ATR pit bull chip ($130) cat-back ATR exhaust ($700ish) and new tires on. Ran a 13.5-something at the Sacramento Raceway (I have to find the timeslip) The chip put the car at 18-20 psi on the turbo, stock is 15 psi. My dad bought the car in '87, brand new (now 70,000 miles) and that is something i will work on in the future. My mom told him to get rid of it, but he gave it to me...but for now, it's Mustang time!

what is a DORA? i have the vehicle order confirm infront of me...priority 10.

I only have a prospect # on a purchase order. It's been a little over a week ago that I ordered. Does anybody have a dora on an 06 order?

I ordered blk/blk gt premium, 5 spd, IUP, 64E 18" wheels (changed, since i don't want to wait), spoiler delete, side air bags...and yes, i graduated from USC in '02

also, going back to my previous post...what is a DORA? i have an order confirm sheet with all the prices, etc. and an order number, etc., if that's what you guys were asking.

Nope, I don't think that's it. The DORA is the Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement. If you didn't get one, then I would guess that your order has not been actually submitted to Ford. After the dealer submits the order to Ford, they will get a DORA back.

All I had was a Order Confirmation for my 05, never had a problem calling the 800 to get status.
