I think so too. I had planned on just getting the cat-back first then an X later but I can't pass this deal up so looks like I'll just have the X on w/ the bottleneck stock exhaust...

I got my used Bassani catted x from a friend with a 2001 GT. My car sounded good with just flowmasters, but it sounds incredible with the Bassani X, especially at WOT. How much are you going to pay for it and install? Mine was $100 from a friend and $80 for install. You are going to love it!!
