Make a L bracket from some metal and secure it to a non broken part of the dash. Once its secured, drill the appropriate holes and use some u nuts with the original screws.

I plan on doing this when I put my new cluster in.

Hmmm, I have bullits on my car. The fronts are different than the rears. The fronts are more of a darker grey while the rears look more like aluminum. Also the center section where the lugs are are slightly different.. The rears, the lug nuts are like in the wheel. While the fronts look like the ones pictured, and the lug are is receded from the spokes.. If I were to post some pictures, anyway you may be able to identify what I got? I would like to get two fronts that match the rears as I like the aluminum look better than the dark grey..

you have 01-02 bullitts (the lighter ones) and 03-04 bullitts (darker ones) i didnt notice there was a difference either until i bought 2 of them and they were different.

just finished installin the max. mot. caster camber plates and got the springs clocked right, now the driver sides only about a quarter inch lower, andi dont know what the tire psi is (measured from ground up). hopin i did it right. the dash i fixed with superglue and some plastic i cut and used the u bolts. holds good. now i just need an alignment and to get some tires transferred around.

dash fits good:

havent gotten a place lined up to shoot em yet but man i cant wait. yeah i love 870's that one you see there is probably goign to be me bird/trap/clay gun, and im planning on getting another one used and getting a pistol grip and an 18" barrel for it for a fun scattergun. so driving the tbird at night withthe top down is an amazing experience. never believed in converts before but man oh man im a believer now.

okay so here in a little ill have money to finish up the 5 lug. looking like im probably going to be attending mustang week. my question is if i get 5 lug axles and the shafts are all rusty and dirty how well do i need to clean them up before installign them and what do i use? also, to change the axles do i need to pull the pumpkin cover and then the c-clips or is there more to it than that?

got 2 center caps on ebay thanks to mr.crane, he found them for me. let me know what you want me to do with those center caps and all in exchange for the stock and foreend, money or the caps. i found a guy locally who had 2 axles and drums for 80 so i scooped those. now i have absolutely everything i need to do the 5 lug. i turned and wailed into this pole that was laying down on top of a chest in a shed and i got 7 stitches in my face so im prolly gonna wait till there removed to work on the car, bending down laying down and all that to get to the pumpkin cover would probably not be too good of an idea.

found the one thing thats gonna really bug me about my car:

http://forums.stangnet.com/790218-any-way-adjust-rear-ride-height-per-side.html

the back passenger side sits a whole inch higher than the back driver side and ive clocked the passenger spring each way allot and it doesent change. i guess im gonna swap the springs.

on a good note that pistol 22 i got in the above picture is actually a really rare smith and wesson model of91, and seems to be worth a good amount. and i traded in that junior 22 (not worth much, didnt fit right (junior model), and had no magazine) for credit and paid another 90 bucks for another 870, gonna be ordering a hogue pistol grip and mossberg 18.5 inch barrell soon.

thats the update will post pics when done, any ideas on the ride height please inform me.

5 lugs done. still need to grease some stuff up and bleed the brakes some more. but it passed inspection. dude said i needed a right front tie rod, so im probably gonna get both front ones made by moog and have my shop do them when i take it to be aligned monday. still need to get it sitting right, still high in the back right.

concrete shot:

yumm:

and my wacky ride height:

pics are c springs with no iso's in the rear and the original ones in the front.

next week im getting it tinted (legal for va, 50 sides, and 35 on the back 3, nothing on the winshield and doing like 5 on the sunroof) aligned and new tie rods, and going around to some body shops to see about getting the front end stuff fixed. comments welcome.
