i kinda bumped a pole and have a tiny bit of spidering on my rear bumper. is there any product i could use to remove the dirt from the cracks so i can just clear coat it up? i got white paint so it kinda shows..
You can't just clean it out and spray over it. The area around the cracks will have to be sanded out all the way then re-sprayed. Not only will you still see the cracks but it will crack through the new paint. As for the color, you can go to an Oreilly's auto parts store or a paint store and they can put a guage on the paint on your car and get a code and they can mix you up some that will match. If you know how to do it, you can sand the area out and go out about 6-7 inches past the area that WAS cracked and feather the paint in so you don't have to re-spray the whole bumper cover.
