flaring brake lines

What I found out today is that my flaring set is a piece of junk. Its adapter is 0.5 mm thinnner than the internal diameter of 3/16" line. So no chance to make leakless double-flare. Can someone advise please on a flaring set that has 3/16 adapter 3 mm in diameter and which Internet store carries it?

someone has at least any experience with K TOOL brand and their flaring kit (Part # 70080)?

I ordered one from eastwood, their economy set, cost $30 I believe. I just did some double flares on 3/16" line a couple weeks ago with it and they turned out fine.
