Flowmasters Installed :-)

So I just finished installing my American Thunder catback and I LOVE IT!! Took about 5 hours all together. I had to use a hacksaw to get the stock catback off which took some time. I think it sounds great with my BBK O/R X-Pipe . It definitely has that raspy nascar sound to it, which I like, instead of the H pipe muscle sound. To each his own I guess. I like jumping on my new 4:10's alot more too....hehe. So now I'm just patiently waiting for my SCT tuner to get here and I will be done with mod's for a awhile. I will try to get some sound clips up on the net.

I used to have 2 chamber flowmaster , Last sunday I put in Magnaflow Magnapipe catback and wow I am loving the new sound. Flowmaster sounds good but magnapipe is awesome

Flowmaster doesnt make a catback with original 40's. All there 2 chamber catbacks are american thunder mufflers or delta mufflers.

If you really want the original 40s you'll have to weld them in.

I live about 1/2 hour from Mustangsunlimited in CT so I purchased and picked it up there. I paid 380.00 (tax included). I went with the American Thunder and I tell ya.....ITS FRIGGIN LOUD!! I had a 94 with the same exact setup and it doesnt even compare to my current 02 in loudness

+1 for length of install time. If you think it sounds good w/ a BBK o/r xpipe, swap that out for a pypes/upr/vrs or dr. gas o/r xpipe and prepare to be amazed.
