FlowTech Headers???

Im thinking about doing headers as my next mod and I cant make my mind up, So I was looking around and found FlowTech LT Headers for under 300 bucks and the matching x-pipe is under 100 bucks!! Hows the quality on these??? fit and whatnot??? Also I herd they clear the tranny like hookers correct???
