Got my radiator from Summit last week, its the http://store.summitracing.com/default.asp?target=/egnsearch.asp&N=400076

It fit in 100% perfect, everything lined up. Put next to the stock radiator its at least twice as thick and MUCH higher quality. No plastic, all very nice TIG welds.

I dont have a fan on the car right now (waiting for it in the mail), but it ALREADY runs cooler. On the expressway it barely got to the N when i was cruising, and when flogging it in the city it got to about the O. Remember this is with no fan, so i'm sure it'll be even better after thats in. Now granted its not hot right now (has been like 60-70 last couple days), so we'll see how it performs in the summer heat.

Anyways just wanted to post a early review. I'm going to Gingerman (road course) this coming week, so that will really put it to the test.

now get a good water temp guage so you can see what your actually running for tems insted of relying on that crappy stock one.

I know, this winter I'm getting a full compliment of guages. I know my stock guage is decently accurate tho, since a couple times it shut the ac condensor off right when it hit the L, dont ask i was in a bad spot.

Do you know if autometer makes a full replacement speedo cluster for the 94/95?

Do you have to buy a new fan?

No, it has the supports & mounting points for the stock fan, I had to replace mine since the motor went.

Did it bolt right in? Or did you have to mess with any brackets? Same for the hoses? Have to make any? What was the cost for it from summit?

110% bolt-in. Literally took 3 minutes to slide it in, stick the two lower nubs in the rubber grommets, bolt up the 2 upper brackets, then reattach the hoses. I reused all the stock stuff.

Theyre cheaper at Mustangs Unlimited.

My only bolt on issue was the chrome upper hose did not match up.

Yes, but I would rather spend 20 extra bux (remember summit has free shipping) and know for sure i am going to get it within 2 days and they have great cust service. I have a race day at gingerman road course this week, so i needed to have it asap.

Damn you and your chrome hose RC! Thanks for the post on the radiator, good to know it's a good fit. It seems like pretty much anyone who has owned one for more than a year says they leak, so who knows

There is a company called Florida 5.0 that makes those gauge clusters for our cars. Sorry, don't have the website though.

Actually it was a pretty hot summer here, it was still in the 80's into september which is pretty unheard of. And there was a stretch in July when it was like 90 and higher for a couple weeks straight. The difference is that 90* here is like 100 in texas since the state is surrounded by laeks its always humid in the summer, whereas texas is like a desert, nice & dry.

But yeah, you guys still have harsher temps so if the Fluidyne works for you it'll work for me.

Just thought i'd throw in a couple pics and let you guys know that at the road course my car never got above the O in normal. Thats unheard of for my car, as its literally 20 mins of 4k-redline WOT driving.

Summit will price match if you can show them. Use:http://www.countyradiator.com/fluidyne/ford.html
335 is the lowest I've seen.
I've had them do it a couple of times. That, and their Reno store is overnight to me AND no tax!
