I'am in the process of changing my clutch and I finally got the tranny out . I took the flywheel off and noticed some small cracks in it and I accidently broke a guide pin that is used to help hold the pressure plate on the flywheel intill tight will this mess up the balance. I plan on getting the flywheel resurfaced do you think its worth it ?

yeah its pretty cheap too. I had mine resurfaced when i changed my clutch because it had a few hot spots. Its about as much as getting your brake disks refaced. I payed like $50 for it, im sure it wasnt realy needed but, hell might as well do it for peace of mind.

My flywheel is the 8 bolt and there no way to punch the guide pins out from the other side and one is broke off flush with flywheel. I will have to put a stock one back in because it less expensive . I'am also replacing the fuel pump and the front brake pads and rotors along with the clutch kit of course. Money is tight right now so I will have to settle.

Out of curiousity, what kind of brakes are you putting on the front? I've pretty much decided on the Baer Claws (www.RPMoutlet.com for $470) and their EradiSpeed +1 on the back (which uses the stock calipers, $230 at RPMoutlet) A pretty nice setup for $700 total.
