I installed B springs in my 79 Capri in 91, and ended up having to install caster/camber plates. The first shop said it would align within the overall Ford specs, but it still would not drive very straight.
I added the plates, and got it aligned by a shop that does custom stuff, streetrods, Jaguars, etc, and its been fine since then.
Yes, it lowered it over an inch, and more than I originally wanted, but I like it. This was with 225-60-15 tires on Turbines, and now with 165-SR15's on 5 in Draglites. Has about 70,000 miles since lowered.
