Focus radio security code

The shop was working on a friends Ford Focus and unhooked her positive on the battery, which is fine to be safe; however when they hooked it back up they never entered the code in her radio and now she cant listen to her radio! Does she half to go back again? Thanks guys!!!!

I think they have it listed on the car somewhere. My friends prelude had it listed under his fuse box cover. Check the owners manual or call up Ford and give them your VIN and they should be able to give you the code.
