Last night my passenger side fog light burned out, so today i replaced the bulb but the fog light still won't work. Any ideas as to what could be wrong?

Double check and make sure you're using the correct type bulb. I forget, its either a 9004 or 9007 series bulb the fog lights take. When installing it, make sure the light socket is clear of debris. If you do all of this, and the light is still out, then I'm thinking there is a short or faulty circuit some where in the wiring for that connection.

THATS RIGHT! My mistake. 9007 is the headlights. I just checked my fog light bulbs and they are 899's. Sorry for that misunderstanding.

If it's not the bulb, then there's an issue with the wiring or the fog light button is not on or the high beams are on.

Make sure its not something dumb, like water in there. That would make the bulb explode when you turn it on the first time and you probably wouldn't notice.

If the other light works, you can eliminate the switch as the problem. Unplug the harness from the non-functioning light, and inspect it for debris, and use some good electrical grease on the contacts. Use a wire brush to clean them if necessary, and ditto with the fog light bulb itself, use di-electric grease on them. Make sure there's no crap in the way. If there is, double check to make sure the bulb isn't burned out (probably a slim chance since it's new,) and make sure there's no short or breaks in the wiring harness.
