fog lights not WORKING!!! what fuses

ok......already searched the forums........i have a 99 gt 5spd and i installed the roush bumper and fog lights and had to splice the wires together cuz i messed up the adapters. Now the lights dont work at all so i assume it is a fuse.

specifically what fuses do i need to check.........i already looked at the manual and it is confusing. or is there something else wrong?

Check your ground connection. Unless you saw an arc or flash while wiring it's probably not a fuse.

Are the brights on perhaps?

no brights arent on, the fogs have been on the car for a few months now, so where is the ground connection? the headlights and brights are working fine by the way.

I am not sure this will help. The Autozone site only has up to 1998 in the Mustang repair manuals online.
