Fog Lights

I can't figure out how to open the housing to be able to change the stupid light bulb for my fog lights. My dad went out there and tried to help, but can't figure it out either. We took off the top black plastic cover and it looks like the front grill might come off because it clips on, but those clips do not want to come loose! Does anyone have any advice?

the lights are just secured in the housing by turning the socket a 1/4 turn or so. you can unclip the grill by just gently pulling on it while pushing the little tabs in on the clips.

Thanks for the help. I have the wrong light bulb anyways, so I have to take it back and figure out which is the right light bulb.
