Steeda's oil separator kit reduces detonation, oil burning and deposits on the valves by removing oil drawn through the PCV system before it can contaminate the intake charge. The kit includes the oil separator, connecting hoses, a mounting bracket and hardware. Instructions for installation on a '03-04 Cobra are included, but the kit can be used on any vehicle.

It will work on the 99 and 01's also and most other cars that have PCV

From there Add::

$60? Yikes!

Although purchasing this package is convenient for some, you can make an oil separator kit for far less than $60 by visiting the local autoparts/hardware store.

Additionally, I believe that there was a discussion over on Corral where it was noted that a portion of the trapped oil can still "aerosol" towards the intake tract unless it is trapped in a "sponge-like" material at the bottom of the filter tube where the oil can no longer freely "evaporate" onward into the intake.

Bleh, just some food for thought...

edited for more info

Ok, I just remembered that hardware stores probably stock these filters in the air compressor aisle (often found nearby w/ other hoses, attachments, fittings, etc) they retail for roughly $12 or so.

Another commercial option: http://www.oilguard.com/
