$ for a day at the dyno and a good tune?

I called up a local shop that does alot of high performance engines and racing with feul injection. Anyways they proceded to tell me that for $300.00 I could have a common gear installed into the stang (lube, labor and gear)
They also told me that it would cost me $200.00 for a tune before the dyno and $125.00 peh hr on the dyno. Also it would only take them 1 to 1.5 hrs to complete the tune once they got it on the dyno, all things being done on my part.( everything being put together correctly and the car making it under its own power up there) Does this sound reasonable or to good to be true?

Although I have no experience with dyno tuning. I have been told that a tune here at Murillo's would be in the area of 500-600.00 total.

gear installs around here run from $250 to $350...

A dyno tune including the actual price of the chip, dyno time, and custom tune will run you around $500 bucks...

Im too tired to actually DO the comparison.. I'll leave that up to you.
