For those of you with 94 spindles......

If anyone with 94 or newer spindles has replaced their struts, did you order 87-93 style or 94 style?

Is there much of a difference?

I went with 87-93 Struts. I don't know what the difference is exactly, but I recall hearing that SN95 struts are slightly taller so if you have a lowered car, they will bottom out sooner.

As a side note, I went with Tokico HPs at all corners and I am very pleased. After lowering the car it felt like I was riding on a plank. Once I put the Tokicos in, the ride smoothed right out and the car rides great now.

Check out Ebay for Tokicos. I believe I paid $260 shipped.

Yes, SN95 Struts are taller, but the mounting point on the SN95 Spindles is also LOWER than the mounting point on the Fox Spindle. I have Bullitt Struts and Shocks and Springs on my car, not even close to bottoming!

i used 94's on my 88 coupe with eibach pro-kit. never bottomed the struts. i have a complete front setup if anybody is in the market. pm me

03 cobra struts on my 95 spindles, and FRPP C springs, no issues here.

Its a good idea as the 94 and up wheels are 5 lugs! I used Bullitts on mine.

Ive run 94-95 GT wheels in the past, 17x8s, now i have 03 Cobra wheels on it, only real issue is full lock steering, the inside of the wheels grind a little on the A-arms, but that should be fixed shortly as i am putting 03 GT A-arms on the car.

Those A Arms will NOT work on a Fox Body car!!! If you have rub from the wheel to your A Arm, you simply need a couple rack limiters from the Dealer, very inexpensive and very easy to install!

Please dont waste your time or money on those A Arms, as they are longer than the Fox Body A Arms, which will put your ball joint further outboard, when you get the spindle in place and everything bolted up, your Camber will be so out of whack that even CC plates wont allow you to get them adjusted properly, and then even if you did the wheels will be pushed out into the fenders and you will have rubbing problems 10 times worse than you do now, just go with the rack limiters.

If you want new A Arms really bad, just get a set of FMS M-3075-A.

There is a most definite dimesional difference from 79-93 A Arms and the 94-04s.

im not arguing the fox Arms are different than the SN-95s, but they will fit, and its exactly what im looking to accomplish.
