i personally havent tried it yet, but sure would be nice to make that pesky CE light go away! unless you have that plunger still on there. but just thought id share the info! sure would be nice if sombody could make something like that and it just plugs in! id pay money for it!

There is a company that makes a plug and play, but it says it is for 86-93 only. Since I no longer have the valve hanging on the intake though, it wouldn't help much. Tweecer it will have to be for me.

Makes it more easy to work around the motor cause you can ditch the valve and tube.

Some want the room to run taller vc's.

As for performance the egr does not hurt it.

As for drivability the egr helps it.

If you remove it there is chance you will have some part throttle ping.

If you have a tuning device you can tell the pcm it does not exist and the check engine light will be gone.

Will you still have part throttle ping if you remove the egr and tell the pcm that it is no longer there with a chip?
