I've had the plug installed for a couple weeks now. No issues. Enjoying the cleaner engine bay.

Which link are you trying to use?
The Amazon link (post # 35) says unavailable. The Innotronix link (post# 36) shows it "in stock".

FORD MUSTANG EGR DELETE - 1986-1995 / 86-95 5.0/2.3

1986-1995 Ford Mustang 5.0 / 2.3L EGR Simulator / Eliminator / Delete --- NEW VERSION 2.0 --- Disconnect your stock EGR valve and breathe life into your motor, while keeping your check engine light off, but active for future problems! This is an EGR valve…

"And (4) 75 Ω 3-Watt resistor for the EVR, CANP, TAB & TAD solenoids and install one at each solenoid plug as shown below."

What is an EVR? Is it just another term for the EGR valve? Could be a "fat finger" and EGR was the intended abbreviation?

Yes, I know I'm dredging up an old thread.

PS, I did buy the Innotronix EGR delete plug. Just wondering if there ARE four other plugs to contend with or if it's just three. (CANP, TAB and TAD)

I made mine myself, but it looks like the vendor who sold the plug no longer does.

Has anyone got one of these to work on a 94 or 95 GT? What makes the plug from Innotronix, version 2.0? I bought an EGR Simulator / Eliminator / Delete or whatever you want to call the plug from eBay years ago, but I still get EGR codes that trigger the CEL. The plug has the resistor triangle as shown in post #31. The measured resistance values across the pins are in-line with the calculated resistance values from the resistor triangle.

Equivalent Resistance across:
Rvref_sigtrn = 2042 Ohms
Rvref_evp = 204 Ohms
Rsigrtn_evp = 20242 Ohms

Any other tricks to get the ECU to ignore the EGR other than a custom tune?

I don't know what your Ohms should be but I run the innotronix one, I think, and don't get a check engine light.

Thanks for responding. Any chance you are running it on a 94/95? I don't see one in your signature. IIRC the 1994 and 95s are more troublesome with the CELs when it comes to EGR codes. I emailed Inntronix for their take and what makes their EGR Delete Plug "version 2.0" but didn't get a response.

No, it's in my A9L '91. I have a spare innotronix and if you're local, I'll let ya try it out. I'm in the Fort Liberty, NC area.

Thanks for the offer, but I’m up in Richmond.

Hopefully someone will be able to chime in with their experience.

Do you have a multimeter and able to record\post your measurements of the spare plug you have? That'll answer the question if "ver. 2.0" is using different resistor values.

Thanks.
