Where do you exactly have to grind? I took the baffle out already and ground around that area and it is still hitting inside... I have B351 roller rockers.

And post some pics of yours installed. because my filler neck is too tight. :nonono:

Thanks:nice:

The Anderson covers will only work if you have an intake and rocker arms that will allow for them. I checked your profile and you don't have too much detail on your combo, but they won't work for mine due to the said reasons...

...the fox covers need the oil filler neck bent slightly to properly fit (so the cap will twist too). The grinding should be on the baffle near the underside of the filler neck if needed.

I had always heard about the need for grinding down the baffle, but mine worked just fine without it. I've also heard that some need to grind the outside a bit to clear the alternator bracket

Honestly ... you'll get all kinds of replies that are gonna be different

The key thing to understand is what kind of rockers and heads you are using
on your combo :D

Rockers come in all sizes and shapes
and
I'm NOT talking about ratio here but more so ... size of rocker :)

I use stud mount Scorpion's and they are really big :bang:
so
I had to remove a bit of material from the bosses
and
I had to remove the baffle

The heads can be different as well cause some have a taller or shorter lip
that the vc is sitting on thus causing more or less room.

I cut the filler neck in half and used a small radiator hose from some little ricer
car to slightly raise and tilt the top half of the filler neck for the clearence I
needed for my application.

I needed about 1/16 of an inch more room between the vc and alt
so I used one very thin washer on each alt bolt to shim out the alt just a tiny bit cause .....
I didn't like the idea of grinding on things :nono:

I guess I'm trying to say ... Put in on and modify as needed ;)

I am still grinding LMAO. I think i have the early Fox Covers because i have inner rods??? inside the valve covers. Some fox valve covers do not have these i guess. Just my luck...:(
