Are you trying to ruin it for everyone? most burnouts posted are off city property, like in parking lots and driveways. While a criminal speeding ticket may be less where you live, I guarantee doing a burnout in an alley is a slap on the wrist compared the multitude of fines/jail time you could receive for street racing. But how about we not argue this. Because if it goes farther than it has, then we will have to outlaw that, too. You're being sarchastic, but to an outsider, it looks like you don't want to see this type of thing on the board. We've got plenty of rules, most of which make this a better board. Here in the state of Arizona a burnout is MORE illegal than a criminal speeding ticket. It will constitute 12 violation points (8 are all you need to lose your license), cost you nearly $500 in fines, and have your car impounded for 30 days.
Plus these people are video taping themselves creating evidence that can be used against them in court. A local "hero" here in Arizona got the police after him because of a youtube video he posted of him travelling at 217mph on a public highway. He didn't even show his license plate, they tracked him down through IP addresses and Youtube account.
If we're going to pop one bubble on the bubble wrap, we may as well put it on the floor and jump on it. It's more fun that way.
I say we stick to talking about recipes and aftermarket parts that are street legal. Otherwise O/R pipes may be considered an illegal activity too, because it is punishable by law to remove the catalytic converters from a car.
