The amount of incorrect feedback I have seen here about the 2005 Mustang that was received from a Ford Dealer is rediculous. You would think that a dealer would be much better educated on their iconic Mustang. Apparently not. So, I have decided to create a training summary for Ford Dealers. Listen up class.

1) The production 2005 Mustang will be a 2 seat vehicle with 19 inch wheels. The rear seats have been eliminated for emissions reasons.

2) All Mustangs but one will begin pricing at under $20,000.00. The only exception to this will be the GT-R which will cost approx. $50,000.00 because of the performance badging.

3) The 2005 Retro Styling will only be available on 1500 units in the first year. All other models will use the current styling.

4) The Shelby Mustang will replace the Cobra, and will only be available in a Silver color and with a rediculous Front Cowl. Custom gold front wheels will also be available as an option.

5) Stripes are illegal in California and the addition of stripes will void your warranty. In fact, once your 2005 Mustang leaves the lot, the warranty is void.

6) The front-wheel drive GT will feature a solid front axle and Independant Rear Suspension for better handling.

7) Chevy Trucks are direct competition for the 2005 Mustang.

8) Ron Jeremy loves Mustangs.

9) The Backseat of a 2005 Mustang is comfortable (for MILF sales).

10)

Hopefully this will help you to better assist your customers. We are on to your lack of knowledge.

gotta ad,

11) there is NOTHING new with the 05 Mustang except the outter shell, it's just an 04 with a new body.

I was actually told that at a local dealer. What a baffoon that guy was.

You do realize that some dealer is going to come in here. Read those, and spout them as facts from a mustang website. Don't you.

I love #8. Maybe it should be changed to "Ron Jeremy loves rounded Mustangs."

(I'm anxiously awaiting Ron Jeremy's response: "No, I do not like rounded Mustangs. I like flat and squared cars like the 2005 Mustang. I hate cars like the Honda Accord that look like tear drops. All cars are ugly that have curves and look like tear drops. The left-winged liberals like cars that look like tear drops. "

13) You can buy a GT for under $20K.

14) Carroll Shelby was involved with the design of any Ford car in the last 20 years.

(Oh wait, those are from posters on the board!)

You did that so well, at first I thought my post blocking was not working... then I realised it was an impression. The odd thing is I still had the urge to block the post. Insert shudder smiley here.
