As some of you may know In Illinois we are getting alot of snow. Well I drove by the Honda dealer and saw a Ford F-350 plowing the parking lot. I thought this was funny. Honda cant even make a truck that can plow there own lots. I dont know I just thought it was funny.

I plow snow for a living....

Companies typically don't own their own snow plow, they have a contract set up. So the guy plowing that dealership probly went and plowed Toyota next etc...

Most guys running pick up truck plow rigs are running with a Chevy, Ford, or a Dodge... usually a F-Series or Ram.

We plow our own lot, but we sell real trucks.. ( ford and chevy dealer) if you want a truck to pose with and the hardest duty it will see is rush hour on the way to the office or taking the x-mas tree to the dump then toyota or a ridgeline is the truck for you.. If you WORK for a living with the truck then you need a real truck a solid front axle and a full floater dana axle out back and a deisel.. the parts on a F-superduty makes the stuff used on tundras look like kids toys, and the ridgeline is a damm car crossdressing as a truck. Thats why you see Fords used as landscape dump trucks and plows, because they are built for it.

I know ;) 2 of my plows are 15 ton Sterlings (Ford chasis) the other is a 10 ton Sterling (Dunno who makes it, but it's a POS!).... what's cool though with the Sterlings is my bling HVAC knobs from the stang fit onto them :p I don't think the Air Force would be happy with me pimping thier ride though.

Work truck wise they won't let me put a plow on our Dually, but some times I wish I could.

I used a Tundra to hual a 2 Horse trailer... it was the scariest drive of my life. Thankfully I was only hualing hay, cause I woulda injured any animal with the lack of stopping power the thing had.
