I would like to lower my car but I have no clue about springs. I see some people have Ford springs and some people have H&R, Steeda, Eibach..ect. The reason I'm looking in the Ford ones is cause they are cheap. I know they have different ones (B,C) I have no clue how any of these handle or how the ride quality is. I'd like a 1.5" drop and decent ride quality. Could some one recommend some for me, Ford or aftermarket. Oh, and pics are more than welcomed. Thanks.

I have FMS "B" springs on my car. I am more than pleased with the drop, ride, quality and price. I bought a set of Eibach Sportline but once I fighured up how much it was going to cost me in the long run(C/C plates, shocks, struts, etc) I decided to thr the Ford springs . I am glad I did. It cost me $149 for the springs and $50 for the new isolators and I was done. The install was really easy. The difference in the FMS springs are: B's are progressive rate and C'c are specific rate.

i would get some eibach pro springs. it will lower the car 1 1/2" all around

the fms springs only drop the front 7/8" and the rear 3/4" for sn95. i had the fms on my 88 before the eibachs and like the eibachs much better.
