Ford TSB for Mustang GT Ticking

I know I've seen this TSB in here before. I took my 2000 GT into the Ford Dealership today and asked about the ticking sound coming from inside my engine and they said it was normal. I'm no mechanic, but I know BS when I hear it. If anyone in here has the TSB number for this defect please post it on this thread.

Im sorry, but how do you know if this affects your car? I have a 2003 GT that ticks a little. Drives me crazy.

the one you want is at blueovalnews...i remember seeing it when i had my 00gt....it had a tick left side...i put full synthetic in and it made it less noticable....my warranty ran out when i saw the tsb.....head replacement!! it never effected the cars performance....but it only had 30k even when i traded it

ive been driving with it for a year everything seems fine. i ofcourse had it to ford and they just said injectors. i didnt believe them until both heads started to make the noise. still dont know, but...............31604 tsb i think.
