forged pistons

just picked up wrecked 93gt with a new ford crate engine any way of knowing if it has forged pistons?

If it is a Ford Racing Crate Engine then it has the Hypers in it.

yeah, get the metal tested lol. nah but seriously, i think you would have to take out a piston and look for a part number. because if it has a crate engine, maybe the person switched up the pistons. but if its stock, the chances are that its hyper.
