Found sleeves in my cylinders...?

I just got a 351W block, cast in 1976. We found a 1988 date written on the block inside the bellhousing, and lo and behold all 8 cylinders have sleeves in them.

The cylinders need to be bored because of minor scratches, can these sleeves be bored, or do they need to be replaced?

How much would 8 sleeves affect the durability of a 351W block?

Sleeves are fine. Dont worry, and just bore the block.

Like Scott said the sleeves will be fine and they should clean up, really depends on how thick or what sleeve was used.
