fox body tb fit a 94gt?

a friend has a extra 65mm off his 92 gt n i was wondering if it would bolt to a 94gt w/o any probs. i know the intake manifolds are a little different but wasn't sure about tb and egr spacers.

To answer your question, it is not a direct bolt-on.

Many do the swap though.
