I know these fox intakes will work on our cars by changing to a fox style throttle body. I don't really want to go to all that trouble and was wondering if there was an intake elbow for this intake like there is for others? Will any of the other elbows work?
Thanks

The elbow is to allow you to use the intake on a 94-95 5.0, lemme find a link.

http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts/part_details.asp?PartKeyField=1685 says it's for the GT-40 but I assume it'll work with the Cobra intake.

Yeah, I found the same thing but it doesn't say anything about the Cobra. I'm still searching but let me know if anyone else finds anything or have done this.

i would ventur to say that is the same spacer you have to use with all the intakes not just the gt40

i would think that if you used that on a 93 cobra intake you t/b and , cai and everything would be in a slightly different location possibly causing clearance issues with your strut tower.

The gt40 TB spacer is for a cobra/gt40/explorer/all other aftermarket intakes. No and Yes the elbow is made to fit our TB and CAI directly. However any aftermarket inatke including the Cobra will not clear the STB. Either but an aftermarket one or just leave it off.

If it will work on the gt40 it will work on the 93cobra intake. No difference in the openings.
