I have a white saleen with factory 18" Chrome Saleen rims. Wanting opinions if you would think of selling / trading for a set of 18" DD Black/ with polished lip FR500 style wheels.

I love this style, but the only thing that keeps me with my wheels are the fact that they are authentic saleen wheels and the car is a real saleen.

Would it make it less of a Saleen to put another style wheel on it ?

Please offer opinions and vote.
wait for the poll.

Thanks.

Leave it alone. There are better things to spend your money on rather than replacing some nice rims.

Thanks for the opinion man.

Here is a shot of my car now. Also below it is a shot of a cobra with the black wheels for comparison.

Keep the factory Saleen wheels. If it were just a regular GT I'd say go for it, but its a Saleen, keep it the way it came from the factory.

Pretty much seconding/thirding what's been said already. I'd keep the Saleens.

How about .. umm.. White Saleen's ? Dunno bout you but I love Oreos and I'm in the process of making mine one. Cept mine's a white GT Vert with a white top. I'll be putting white bullits on mine.

If yer looking for a new look but want to stick Saleen all the way I think this looks badass.

Need I say more?

If you want a change then how about a color change? Powdercoating is cheap. Black would look great but those white ones look nice as well. The Saleen's go good with the body kit.

It's a Saleen whatever wheels you put on it. It's your car, so put whatever wheels you like on there. It's a nice thing when you go to sell it if you still have the original wheels, though.

A white car with black wheels w/polished or chrome lip looks good to me, though.

I personally don't like the FR500s not to mention they're the most common aftermarket rim out here.
