frame straightening help

i was wondering if there are any articles about checking a frame to see if its straight? and about straightening, if it needs it.
are there points under or around the car to pull from to check it myself? if so how is this done? i am more concerned about the car being twisted but i would like to be able to check everything.

You need a frame rack to get it straight. The mounting points on a uni body is the actual body located by the front and rear jacking points. Its a bitch unless you have access to a table.
