Freakin' window won't shut

hey, what's up, i got another problem... :damnit: my passenger window will not shut! i know its not the motor because all of a sudden it will just randomly roll back up when i hit the switch...i noticed also that my sideview mirror control doesn't work either when the window doesn't work...im guessing they are on the same circuit...i was looking in a chilton's but they have no diagram for the windows...what wires should i be looking for, or what relay should i look for...do the windows have a relay? what would cause this intermittent problem...any suggestions would be great! freakin ford electrical

I have the same problem bro. After swapping window motors and window switches I finally broke down and did the unthinkable...took it to Ford. There was a short under my dash somehow.

Had the same issue last summer. A friend and good mechanic did some jumping of wires and also found a short somewhere.

i fixed it...stupid connecters...freakin ford electrical!!!
